For the exercise session remember to wear a gym suit which leaves the body uncovered as much as possible, in particular your legs, stomach, back and buttocks. During the session the march pace should be kept rhythmically steady with a moderate load. The intensity should be similar to a quick vigorous march or light jogging. More advanced users may increase the exercise load and effort. Remember to make up for water loss. One session requires drinking approximately of still mineral water.
